Question 1: How do we book calls and work our own pipeline in this role?

This role is a true sales professional role, where you will be provided thousands of enriched leads of active real estate agents across every state. You will outbound dial these leads, qualify them for the Diverse marketing program, and email them the marketing video package to build product knowledge, and book inbound demo calls from their. You manage the pipeline from top to bottom. This role requires diligence, resilience, discipline, and sales acumen.

Question 2: What is the Diverse marketing program we sell?

Real estate agents have a huge pain point concerning new leads. And they prefer seller leads over buyer leads. Diverse takes a single video filmed by agents, and puts it into the proprietary video software that creates an individualized marketing video for each unique listing. Diverse then spends its own marketing dollars on google and other platforms to generate inbound calls from those sellers. From here, Diverse has a representative that communicates with the seller lead, makes sure they are qualified and ready to sell, and then live transfers the seller lead to the agent. This way, agents get live transfers of qualified seller leads. This program is a one time $12,000 investment, and Diverse gets paid on performance of closed leads to the agent, where they split 33% of the commission to Diverse.

Question 3: How does the compensation work?

Sales specialists at Diverse are paid on a commission-only basis with no ceiling to earnings. When a $12,000 sale is made, the sales specialist will be paid $2,000 commission. For example, you outbound 200 numbers a day in 2.5 hours, you get 20 people on the phone, send 10 to the marketing, and book 1-3 as 45 min demos, this equates to 20-60 demos per month. With 65% showing up, and closing 40% you would close 5-15 units for $10k-$30k in commission. Our current closers make $18k+ per month. Sales reps are paid every 2 weeks.
